Seamless transition from Cisco to Zoom with Urben Single and Dual frames
The Project
With thousands of meeting rooms worldwide, this banking giant needed to transition from Cisco MX/SX single and dual systems to new Zoom-compatible solutions that provided the same immersive experience. Whilst Zoom Rooms allowed for more flexibility with hardware, the business still had the challenge of establishing a globally consistent user experience across a range of locations that were far from standardized. Glass walls in many of the spaces meant that wall-mounting wasn’t possible, so they chose Urben to help them create functional and aesthetic spaces that didn’t require any construction.

The Solution
The bank got an awful lot more than a “stand”. Urben designed a full range of completely freestanding systems for Single and Dual-screen rooms, from 49” to 98”. Urben supplied 450+ frames across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, the United States, and Asia.
