Standardized meeting experience for move from Cisco to Zoom
The Project
The US medical systems organization needed to transition from legacy Cisco systems, rolling out Zoom software globally across the entire business. The key challenge was that many of the video meeting rooms were unsuitable for wall-mounted Zoom Room solutions, meaning Varian had to find a partner that could help them enable high-end meeting spaces without the need for construction work.

The Solution
The company fully leveraged Urben’s customizability, opting for systems in blue, white, and silver frames with white panels.
