Millenium needed to find a solution that would enable them to standardize their meeting spaces across multiple locations and create a user experience that was consistent, engaging and simple to use. With a new large office space due for completion in 2025, and employees spread across satellite offices in the meantime, they knew that whatever technology went into their rooms would likely need to be moved and reinstalled. They wanted a solution that was going to be simple to deploy, didn’t require reinforcement and construction work, and didn’t involve moving power and data outlets.

The Solution
The solution to this all involved the customization of 55” and 75” Single & Dual Urben Frames with bespoke branding and color palettes, providing employees with a visually striking meeting experience. AV hardware was standardized to Cisco Room Bars and Cisco Room Kits, which were positioned either above or below Samsung QM Series displays. This initiative resulted in minimized downtime, maximized collaboration, and reduced maintenance costs. Furthermore, a global meeting room standard was successfully rolled out across their Dublin, London, and Zug offices.
