Deutsche Bank faced the challenge of refreshing thousands of meeting rooms across multiple regions. As the refresh program approached, several key objectives were set. The solution had to ensure uniformity across all meeting rooms, regardless of location, to simplify deployment and management. The new design needed to accommodate Deutsche Bank’s specific audiovisual (AV) hardware preferences across different room configurations.

The Solution
Urben partnered with Deutsche Bank to develop a range of freestanding meeting room systems tailored to their specific needs. Through close collaboration, Urben worked to design solutions that were easy to install quickly, and standardised their meeting room standards. The designs catered to rooms equipped with single screens ranging from 55” to 98” to suit a wide variety of meeting spaces and we developed a range of mobile and freestanding systems for easy installation, allowing Deutsche Bank to standardise equipment across regions, including the UK, Europe, Middle East, North America, and APAC.
