The initial project focus was around challenging some of the accepted working practises and standards, for group working, and taking a critical look at how these could change in relation to the ‘technology systems’ and the various digital toolsets. CCOMM’s aim was to create new group workspaces that served to promote innovation and creativity – and where effective collaboration and problem solving amongst teams, was available locally in large groups and virtually, as and where required in Real Time. The stakeholders in India were part of a broader team looking to spearhead these solutions for the organization, to embrace the new emerging technologies that include digital twins, AI systems, robotics, drones and various AR and VR applications.

"We were really impressed with the efficiency and speed of deployment from Urben & CCOMM, we were up and running in no time. The efficiency gains are remarkable which has significantly boosted our productivity and allowed our team to focus on strategic initiatives. We’re thrilled with the results."
